As a crisis management consultant, Kim Lim has assisted clients in countries around the world by conducting vulnerability audits, developing business and crisis management plans, and delivering training to all levels of staff and management. She has also counselled organisation managers during and after major incidents, issues and crisis situations, to help organisations successfully resolve and recover with their business and reputations intact.
